Shipping Policy

The Eisenhauer Gallery ships primarily via FedEx for items 50” x 50” and under. Please allow a 5-7 business day period for processing. Larger items will require a third-party freight service, we will be in contact with you following your purchase. Expect processing delays for larger items as we construct. Once your artwork is tendered by our carrier, you will receive notification from them, including a tracking number.

Each of our shipments come fully insured, the safety of your purchase is our first priority!

For any orders under 50" x 50", please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your item is tendered by our carriers, you will receive a notification from FedEx with your tracking number.

For any packages 51" x 51" and above, your piece will require custom crating and freight shipping. We will be in contact with you shortly after your purchase to confirm any and all details.

No. If you wish for a signed delivery, please let us know within 24 hours of your order. No additonal charges apply.
